As for my thoughts? This provides fantastic moisture to my hair and makes it sleek and shiny.  The smell is earthy and nice, not too strong.  After washing my hair I squeeze the water out and pat it dry, take a pump from this bottle and run my fingers through my hair, then add another pump to the ends (I have very long hair).  By doing this for a couple of weeks I could see a real difference!  My hair is always a bit frizzy but this definitely lessened that and made my tresses nice and shiny.
