As for my thoughts? I used this product for 3 weeks and lost 5 pounds.  Get ready to drink a LOT of water if you want so see the effectiveness.  It was helpful for kicking off my weight loss.  I am not a big fan of the cleanse personally... lots of time spent in the bathroom... but it does what it is supposed to do!
