As for my thoughts? This brush will cover most of your pets hair grooming needs all in one nifty tool!  It has three different attachments.

1. A deshedding Rake for removing hair mats and knots.

2. A slicker Brush for removing tangles and dead hair which also fluffs the coat.

3. A Two-Sided Bristle-pin Brush that removes loose hair and tangles. The other side is a plastic bristle brush.

 

I have 2 dogs, one with curly hair that mats easily, the other with long straight hair.  I also have two cats, one with long hair that tangles, and one with short hair that sheds a lot.  They all need different kinds of brushes to keep them looking their best.  I love that this covers everything all in one.
