As for my thoughts? This teething toy is great!  It is made of thick silicone that feels nice and sturdy.  It is free of things that might harm my little one so I trust it to go in his mouth, and he keeps it in his mouth ALL the time!  The toy have soothing nubs on them.  I can put it in the freezer to cool it off and he loves that on his gums.  It is easy to clean and can go right in the dishwasher. I loce the little tether that it came with as well!  Great product.
