As for my thoughts? This provides fantastic moisture to all part of your body.  The smell is earthy and nice, not too strong.  I store mine in the refrigerator and after doing the dishes at night I apply some onto my hands and rub my elbows, then run my fingers through my hair.  By doing this for a couple of weeks I could see a real difference in my cuticles, hands and hair!  My hair is always a bit frizzy but this definitely lessened that and made my tresses nice and shiny.
