As for my thoughts? This was a really fun thing to discover!  I have been trying to cut down some of the carbohydrates in my family's diet and introduce more veggies for my son, and this tool helps with both of those things!  We LOVE pasta, and making zucchini noodles to bulk up our spaghetti dinner this week went unnoticed by the little ones.  The blades are nice and sharp and the tool was easy and quick to use.  I look forward to trying more recipes with this little wonder!  I love kitchen gadgets, and this one is a keeper.
