As for my thoughts?  These are nice and sharp and make chopping up herbs SO quick and easy.  Just snip snip snip and you have finely chopped herds for any recipe.  They are definitely saving me some time in the kitchen. They come with a comb that helps make them easy to clean, but I also find just a quick rinse as soon as I am done does the trick.
