 As for my thoughts? This strainer is really nice and big.  It is great for a ton of kitchen jobs from draining pasta to rinsing veggies off to sifting flour.  The fine mesh keeps almost anything you don't want getting through from doing so.  The nutmilk bag is a really nice quality and will endure repeated use.
