As for my thoughts?  These pills are not something I ever would have thought to purchase before.  They are easy to take and contain lots of vitamins that are good for your skin.  I received a 30 day supply, and that was not enough to make me detect a noticeable difference or change in my skin, but I felt good while taking these and had no adverse side effects.
