As for my thoughts? These cutting boards are awesome!  They are thin and flexible so they are very easy to store.  The silicone makes them super easy to clean and sanitize.  I love that they don's slip around on my counter top like some other cutting boards do as well.  They are heat safe so they are also good for setting hot dishes on top of.
