As for my thoughts? This product is great! The resistance Loop bands are wonderful for stretching and building up strength.  They can be used in endless different ways for exercising all parts of your body.  The booklet that comes with them has lots of suggestions and you can go on Youtube and find a ton of videos with more.  I love the carrying case that comes with them as well.  It is great for packing them up to go and get your workout in when traveling.
