As for my thoughts? I love this zester!  It is great for zesting fruit skins, as well as finely grating hard cheese and chocolate.  The downloadable cookbook that comes for free with it is full of great ideas and recipes.   The handle is sturdy and comfortable to hold and the blade is strong and full of sharp little holes to get the perfect zest!
