As for my thoughts? I have multiple scars, from knee injury to C Section, to an old eyebrow piercing.  I decided to test this first on my knee.  The gel is in a small pump bottle but only a little was needed.  I applied it twice a day to my knee.  It is not oily or sticky and moisturized nicely.  I did not love the odor of it, but it was tolerable. After three weeks the scar on my knee looked a little lighter.  I will continue use to see if it continues improving.
