As for my thoughts? I have been using these pills for about three weeks and I am pleased so far.  They are easy to swallow and have a subtle lemon flavor, rather than the fishy flavor that many Omega-3 supplements have.  No fish burps!  Fish oil has many benefits. It is one of our essential building blocks. You may take fish oil pills to lower your blood pressure, reduce your rheumatoid arthritis, and protect your heart from an attack or stroke.  Omega 3’s also have benefits for your skin and hair.
