As for my thoughts? I used this product for 3 weeks and lost 5 pounds, which is okay but not as much as i hoped to lose.  Get ready to drink a LOT of water if you want so see the effectiveness.  I have a lot of energy which was helpful for kicking off my weight loss.  I am not a big fan of the cleanse personally... lots of tummy pain and time spent in the bathroom.  I wont continue using this personally.
