 As for my thoughts? Now I can dance!  A little!  Okay I am not a dancer and my hubby is even worse!  I thought it would be fun to have a date night at home and learn to dance, and it was!  We had a great time (and even got a little bit of a workout!)  The instructors on the DVD are great at explaining starting with the very basic moves.  We knew nothing about Salsa dancing, but we were able to follow along and feel like we were comfortable with the moves.  We had a great time trying out this DVD and I would love to use similar DVDs of other dance styles too!
