As for my thoughts? This strap is strong so I know that it will hold my luggage closed while it is being tossed around at the airport and it will keep my things from bursting from my suitcase and spilling all over the tarmac.  I love that it is a crazy bright color because it makes my bag stand out so that it is easy to see on the luggage carousel.  The luggage tag is also nice because it will help my bag get back to me if it should get lost.
