As for my thoughts? This salsa is really super yummy! It is nice and thick with a little bit of spice and a little bit of sweetness. It has pineapple and cilantro and a hint of coconut in addition to the mango that makes it a total home run! It is great on fish or chicken and awesome as a chip and veggie dip.
