As for my thoughts? I think these blocks are very unique and creative. They are different than any other toy that my son has (and he has a lot of different building block sets) He absolutely LOVES them. He played with them for hours the first night we opened them (which is unusual for my 2 1/2 year old) And he regularly gets them out still weeks later. He figured out quickly how to nest and stack them. He seems to enjoy that he can turn them and fit them inside one another in different ways. I like providing him with toys that really make him think and these do that well. I bought the big square base for him as well to build upon and he is using it to stack things in a different way. I feel confident that he will continue to enjoy these as he grows older and be able to engage with them in different ways, including using the booklet that came with them to mimic some of the provided designs. I would absolutely recommend these to any parents of young children!
