Cooking and baking are sciences that require great tools.  A good thermometer will help make sure meat is on temperature so you don't get sick.  This roasting thermometer connects to your phone or tablet and works with an app that you download.  It was easy to set up and use.  The app has various meats programmed in to it, so you simply insert the thermometer into your meat, run the wire out of the oven and plug in to your device, then presto.  It lets you know when your food is perfectly done.  Smart idea.
