We shall begin with some information about the product from the company's website

• The #1 anti-chafe balm in sports also used on the job and anytime for daily comfort and reliability with plant-derived ingredients that create an invisible skin protection barrier against rubbing that causes chafing from clothing and blisters on feet
• Resistant to perspiration and water yet it doesn't clog pores and it's hypoallergenic
• Applies right from the stick container so hands stay clean and it washes off with mild soap
• Feels dry and never wet like skin butters and salves made with petroleum and other oily ingredients
• Fragrance free and invisible

As for my thoughts?  This balm is very useful in relieving painful chafing and blisters.  My husband is a delivery guy and he spends his whole day walking.  It is very hot here so he can be very sweaty and chafing is definitely an issue.  After using this for a week his skin was much less irritated.  It is easy to roll on so you don't need to get your hands messy applying this which is also great when you are on the go all day.
