As for my thoughts? These balls are perfect for relaxing muscled after a workout and alleviating any tightness and cramps.  They come with a little bag to carry them in and are very convenient to toss in my gym bag and take along with me, unlike a larger roller.  They come with an ebook that gives plenty of ideas on how to use them too!  Great set.
