As for my thoughts? This roller is perfect for relaxing muscles and stretching out after a workout and alleviating any tightness and cramps.  It is made of firm foam and the spine channel is an awesome way to help keep everything in line. It is easy to toss in my gym bag and take along with me and helps me feel less pain after yoga.
