As for my thoughts? I have a lot of lower back pain thanks to a car accident that happened years ago, and this cushion does a great job relieving some of it.  It helps me sit up a little straighter in my work chair and corrects my bad posture.  I have a big butt, being a plus size woman, so I was a big concerned the size would be an issue, but it isn't at all.  This thing is quite big. It pops right back into shape when I am done using it as well.
