As for my thoughts?  This balm is very useful in relieving painful chafing and blisters.  My husband is a delivery guy and he spends his whole day walking.  It is very hot here so he can be very sweaty and chafing is definitely an issue.  After using this for a week his skin was much less irritated.  It is easy to roll on so you don't need to get your hands messy applying this which is also great when you are on the go all day.
