As for my thoughts? I love these baking mats! They are dishwasher,
microwave, and freezer safe which lends them to a ton of uses. I can
use them to roll out dough and cut down on the flour usage which saves
me money. When I baked my family chocolate chip cookies using them, the
cookies came out more evenly browned than usual, and slid right off
with ease. Highly recommend!
