With so much to do during the day, cooking needs to be done fast. The Brieftons Food Chopper is a versatile and indispensable kitchen tool that makes cooking quicker, easier, and more fun.

As for my thoughts? Really awesome little chopper.  It saves me a lot of time and some tears (where those naughty onions are concerned!)  It is very easy to use and works fast. All you have to do is pull the string a few times and veggies or fruits are diced all up.  I like to put all of the ingredients for egg or chicken salad right in there and make it up, no mess, no fuss.  The blades are very sharp and work great.  The only negative is that the pieces aren't exactly pretty and uniform, so if you are worried about presentation that could be problematic, but it works GREAT for lots and lots of cooking applications.
