As for my thoughts? My 2 year old son has severe peanut and tree nut allergies so I chose a bracelet for him that was their smaller size.  It seems to be constructed well and serves its purpose well enough with clear printing.  It is a bit large for his tiny wrist right now, but he will grow into it.  It will be useful to put on him when he is going to be away from home and mommy and daddy so others don't forget his allergy.
