As for my thoughts? I am a big fan of the fantasy genre and this book really did not disappoint.  It was quite a page turner with an intriguingly novel story concept and written with such detailed prose that the characters and setting seemed to leap right off the page.  The series will concist of 6 books, and I look forward to reading the rest of them!  I can't wait to see what happens next for these fascinating characters.

I received this product to try for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
