As for my thoughts? I really love how these tiny little chia seeds are packed full of so much goodness. They provide lots of protein and fiber in a tiny package and can be added to so many things. I love to add my chia to salad, yogurt and granola. You can also soak the seeds to make a gel which can be used to make those expensive chia juice drinks as well as a replacement for 1/4 of your eggs or oil when baking. These seeds are a great way to "hide" extra nutrition in your kids' food and get that boost that you need in a smoothie.
